What forms of payment are accepted?

E Allen Fine art accepts many forms of payment including ACH, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Link, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, and installments with Afterpay.

Can I pick up my art purchase in person?

Yes, purchased artwork can be picked up in person in downtown Austin, Texas. Please email at eallen@eallenfineart.com or call (512) 436-3047 for an appointment.

How are returns & refunds handled?

Because each artwork is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. I’m not able to accept returns unless your piece arrives damaged in transit. I will accept an exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost of the item you want to receive.

Damaged Deliveries
If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.

• Email me at eallen@eallenfineart.com with your order number.

• Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
  Once I receive the details, I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

Color & Texture
Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings. Brushstrokes, texture, and other small variations are part of the unique charm of original art and not considered defects.

Prints & Merchandise
Printed reproductions and merchandise may have separate return guidelines. Please check the product listing for details or contact me directly with any questions.
