Love and purpose…What Inspires Me.
I’m Beth, an artist and bird enthusiast. I grew up in Louisiana surrounded by wetlands, which sparked a love for both nature and art. Today, I focus on painting threatened and endangered birds, combining creativity with a mission to help protect them.

The Piñon Jay: Blue Flash of the West
The Piñon Jay is more than just a beautiful blue bird — it’s a keystone species of the Southwest, carrying pine nuts across the desert and planting the very trees it depends on. In this post, I share the story of the Piñon Jay, why it inspires my art, and why its future matters for all of us.
